1. Booking Terms and Conditions :
Booking terms and condition refers to the special binding agreement between Nawang Trek and Tours and the client. It is important in the business system to conduct such a procedure. For both of our benefit, it is best to know and understand the terms of our mutual agreement before booking a trip. The terms are a set of regulations that the client must agree to follow to use online services.
2. Online Payment by Paypal :

3. Bank and PayPal Service Charge:
Please note: Bank and PayPal service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit
4. Your Booking Confirmation :
After receiving photocopy of your passport and advance money from you, we will send you the final trip confirmation letter with a booking voucher.
5. Final Payment :
The remaining balance for trek and tours can be made before 15 days from your trip departure or open arrival in Darjeeling Please be mindful, we also reserve the right to cancel your trip provided the full amount is not paid on time.
6. Trip cancellation policy for the clients:
If a client wants to cancel the trip for their prior booked trek or tours the deposit of the booking 30% payment is not refunded. This ensures your booking and confirms reservation in hotels trekking and tours and permit process as per the company policy and we encourage to our client to postpone there trip instead of cancelling it completely. we’ve made it easier for you to postpone the trip if you have already booked with us. We are providing free postponement options to all our clients. We urge you to support us in this if at all possible because, If you want to postpone the trip, you don’t have to confirm new dates now and you can travel anytime in the next 1 years without any extra cost. This means the payments you have already made stay secure with us and you can re-book the trip at a later date instead of immediately cancelling now and losing the deposit.
7. Cancellation by the company:
Our company reserves the right to cancel any trip if there are unforeseen circumstances arises like natural calamities, strikes, or any other unfortunate occurrences. If this is the case, we give full refund through bank deposit, minus the fee that the bank charges for the transfer. Otherwise, if both parties (our company and the client) wish to postpone the tour or trek, that is another option. If the client is not able to do the trek or tour because of his/her own problem, our company is not responsible.
8. Passport and Visa:
International clients must have a valid passport and visa. Domestic clients must bring their valid ID proof while traveling with our company. The company is not responsible for any incorrect or invalid documents if you are not allowed passing the country or are prevented from entering places due to any such reason.
9. Risk & Liabilities:
We are committed to providing the best services, giving you a once in a lifetime journey in the Himalaya region. We perform our duties honestly and seriously to make your journey smooth &comfortable. However, all programs in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Nepal, and Bhutan are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations applicable in each area. Therefore, Nawang Trek and Tours shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as govt. restriction, landslide, road blockage flood, snowfall or political unrest or flight delay, client sickness or accident. In addition, we do not help responsible for injuries or accidents, though we will do our best to keep you safe and secure and are trained to take care of you in any such occurrence.
10. Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Before the client commences a tour he or she must arrange his/her insurance with a reputable insurer, with protection for the full duration of the tour, to cover personal injury, medical expenses, emergency helicopter expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and the expenses associated with cancellation or curtailment or a tour. If a client becomes ill, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, and repatriation costs are the client’s responsibility and the company shall not be liable for any refund of the tour cost.
11. Health and fitness:
All tours and treks in Darjeeling and Sikkim require a sufficient level of fitness, therefore you should check with your doctor concerning your health and fitness before proceeding on your journey. If you have any preexisting medical condition or disability you might increase the risk of requiring medical attention. Therefore, you need to inform Nawang Trek and Tours beforehand. This may also hamper your ability to travel.
12. Personal loss or damage:
Nawang Trek and Tours is not responsible for any possible loss or damage of luggage, camera, passport, or personal belongings as it is the responsibility of clients to take care of their own personal properties.
13. Refund Cancellation after you made full payment:
If you cancel your trip after you made full payment or change the itinerary before or during the trek Nawang Trek and Tours is not liable to refund the money because all the booking and procedures have already been made for you.
Important Note :
Our valuable Client we would like to inform you that during the trekking in Part of India Including Darjeeling Sikkim will not allow to carrying any satellite phone and GPS due to the sensitive area (border security area)
